Was initially contacted by talent acquisition to setup a short screening call. After the call I was asked to take the standard aptitude test (don't get me started on those...). Completed it right away. It then took 2.5 weeks for them to get back to me, despite sending a follow-up at the 1.5 week mark. I was then scheduled to talk to the hiring manager a week later. Interview was pretty standard - questions I've answered plenty of times. After the interview I heard nothing back for weeks (not even a rejection). I ended up taking another job during this time. Very bad impression of the company based on this process. Extremely unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging for weeks without any updates.
