Good solid and in depth process. Very selective process focused on culture and development along with functional knowledge. Several member of leadership involved in the selection process which provided a great opportunity to understand the organization.

Entrevista
The first interview was a twenty to thirty minute phone call, followed by an in-person interview with relevant departments and supervisor one to two weeks later. An offer was made several hours later.

Entrevista
The interview style was a panel format. Three people interviewed me and one of the interviewers was unprofessional in his approach. He was condescending in his tone. Overall, I was not impressed with the managers. Their feedback to my recruiter was odd and inaccurate. I was told that I am introverted and lacked n a statistical process control (SPC) background. I have never been told I was introverted and have worked in various leadership positions that allowed me to lead successful teams where I have engaged the workforce to meet the company's objectives. In addition, I have an extensive background in SPC.
