The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. They make sure there are no surprises when you come to work which I really appreciated. Management was great and the training process from there was seamless.

Pretty Simple, the interview was sort of like a demo. You walked through and saw what the other workers were doing and after watching them you were asked if it seemed like something you could do. A few personality type questions were also asked.
