It was a phone interview. The interview was about 5 minutes late for the scheduled time. It was an odd and awkward conversation. She didn't really ask me anything about my work history, only speed dating questions like your best quality and your worst qualities.
I half expected the interviewer to ask me if I had a 'growth mindset' or a 'fixed mindset.' It just seemed like that type of interview filled with catchphrases and buzz words.
The best thing about the interview was that I learned from the interviewer that the reviews I read about the company culture are accurate.
I strongly recommend anyone looking to interview take a look at the reviews and remember it's more than them interviewing you. It's also you interviewing them.
About 7 minutes into the call, I had decided that I didn't want to work at Accuquilt.
Best of luck to whoever they hired.
