Both a formal interview and a lunch interview at a restaurant. Hiring managers asked me both questions based on resume and how I would handle a stressful situation. As well as basic yet challenging forecasting questions.

First round is very casual, second round is more technical (meteorology questions) and general interview questions, third round is audio sample and written forecast, 4th round is the final round more technical and forecasting questions 3 hr process
