It was confirmed that approximately 90% of the process would proceed to the Hiring Manager; however, I then experienced a lack of communication for one week. Subsequently, I learned that I had been hired and the position filled. This outcome was unexpected, as I believed we were aligned in understanding that the Hiring Manager would be scheduled within the next two days, given that they had inquired about my availability.
