I went in and turned in a written application and she called me a few weeks later and offered me the job. It took a couple of weeks before a position became available.

The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.
