Phone call, then in person. Met with HR then supervisors. Shop floor tour- really clean and organized shop! That's was awesome to see. Employees seemed approachable and friendly during tour.

Long and drawn out, Hr was very confused, didn't know the job duties well enough to even be conducting an interview. HR needs to get someone that knows what they are doing.
