typical interview, phone, informal on site, formal on site. it is quicker than big company. No weird questions. Not many people, and people look nice. But still it is young company, the lab is not big, and still expands

Entrevista
Full day interview: Includes 1 hour presentation on previous work, six short 1on1 interviews with hiring managers and coworkers. Lots of questions during the presentation, scientifically engaged audience. 1on1 interviews varied a lot, mostly in depth discussions of subjects pertaining to the presentation, but also a good overview of possible projects.
