Spoke with recruiter who preps you for the interviewing process. They make sure that you have a good skill set for the position and confirm if the opportunity is a good fit for you. If not they will try to right size your for other opportunities. Set up in person interview with a team of two people or so. Complete the interview and the recruiter will follow up to offer the position.

Long & drawn out. Wouldn’t recommend. They reached out to me but then said I’d be more qualified for another opportunity…Just a big waste of time. Just apply elsewhere is my advice.

long and they don't hire. They tell you they are going with other candidates and then post the job on indeed. I have a friend that works there and she said they are laying people off so she doesn't know why jobs are being posted. interview was boring. The girl was checking off the boxes and not listening to what I had to say.

Just make sure you ask the recruiter and hiring manager why YOU should work there. Culture seems unfriendly, micromanaged, and super rigid. You will need to work 50-60 hours for what seems to be substantially below market value for the loan consultant role.
