bad hiring process -- a company doesn't have time to hire their own prospective employees. they go thru karat interview by outsourcing the interview
karat interview is completely not acceptable. company should not outsource it hiring, they are going to be your employees

I had 4 rounds of interview. First 3 rounds were technical interviews. More focused on technical knowledge and coding skills. Last round was just high level discussions which went easy.
