Contacted with "homework" - quick project to complete and prepare a presentation and report on (which I appreciated because it allowed me to PROVE my abilities)
Brought in for 1:1 site interview with the person prior in my position and my current boss (45 min)
30 min phone interview with Regional director of operations (by boss's boss) to ok the recommendation for the position.

You first submit your application and then you do a technical exam (two excel spreadsheet that basically ask you to analyze and present data) and then you do an interview.

The hiring manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were three rounds -- one round of a data assignment, a phone screening, and then interview with the direct manager at the school.
