I applied for the Student Services Manager role and was contacted within a week for an initial phone interview. The phone interview was roughly 30 minutes. I was then contacted by email for a second phone interview and I was provided with an assignment and instructions that I would have to complete. After two phone interviews, I was invited for a half-day interview at Achievement First. I was sent a detailed agenda with those I would be interviewed by. I was a part of 5 interviews. I was interviewed by 1 or 2 people at once. Everyone was very friendly and I had a great interview experience.

You first submit your application and then you do a technical exam (two excel spreadsheet that basically ask you to analyze and present data) and then you do an interview.
