After submitting my resume, I recieved an email the next morning to complete Part II of the application. The following day, I recieved another email to do a phone interview with someone in the recruitment team. They give you questions to look over and reflect, which was very helpful.
The phone interview was easygoing, more like a conversation. She told me all the information about the position, and said that I made to the final interview stage, which consisted of touring the school, give a demo lesson to the students, and meet with the dean and the principal of the school.
A few days later , I was in contact with the recruiter at the school. She gave me all of the information about the school and the lesson plan that I will be teaching on my finalist day. The finalist interview can be a little crazy and can seem a long time for an interview (about 3-4 hours), but it gives you the sense of what the job entails to see if you like it. The faculty and staff were very nice and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable.
A few days after my finalist interview, I recieved a call to come back to the school and observe classes, and have lunch with the dean and the faculty. It a positive experience to see almost everyone and ask questions about the job.
About a week later, I got a call from the dean and he offered me the position!
The interview process might seem long, but it was only about 3 weeks. They did not leave me hanging with anything and they responded to all of my questions with all the information that I needed
