Initial phone interview, followed by test. This was a very generic interview. The focus seems to be specifically on quantitative educational data. Not really a proper internship/fellowship, as they are looking for someone with extensive experience in the education field.

Entrevista
First round a short chat on the phone about your background and introduce about the position. Second a technical assignment which contains about of small parts, takes days to finish, then another round of phone interview to present your result of the assignment
