I was emailed about a request for a phone interview. The person who sent me the request did not interview me on the day as she got busy in a meeting. In the email, there were some topics of discussion that the interviewer had asked me to go through as she was going to discuss with me about those topics during the interview. I prepared extensively on the topics that she mentioned but at the time of the interview, the different interviewer did not ask me a single question from those topics. Also the interview was supposed to be for 30min as per the email but she hardly interviewed me for 10min. The thing which annoyed me was how uninterested she was in asking the questions. She was more uninterested in listening to my answers. She sounded like she did not want to help her colleague at all by agreeing to interview me. By the end of the interview I knew that I would not be going on to the next round.
