Phone Interview and demo lesson/debrief. They are looking for you to teach the way they want you to and be incredibly open to feedback. A lot of self reflection. They want type A personalities who will rise to the occasion, took about 3 weeks to be hired. Finally, want moldable people.

Entrevista
For the initial phone interview, they were an hour late calling me. I thought that was odd since I already had an appointment time. For the finalist interview, I was with another girl waiting to present my lesson. I went first and time went super fast. The other girl interviewing went 10 mins after me so I waited for her to call so we can reflect on my lesson. She gave her lesson and they called her back before me for a reflection making me wait longer. Then she left home and he came back and told me to wait. They had me wait for over 3 hours for a 10 minute reflection making me almost miss my flight since I was from out of state. By now I was a little upset. Then after my reflection they said they will call me in 24 hours with a decision. They called me a week later with their decision. By then I already knew no matter their decision, I was not going to work for a company where I won't matter.

Entrevista
It was straightforward and a simple process. First a video interview then a finalist day where you tour the school, teach a demo lesson, and confer about your lesson strengths and weaknesses.
