Entrevista
After a phone interview, I was invited in for an in-person interview at the school. The in-person interview included a tour of the school, the opportunity to sit in on classes, a practical activity in which I was asked to facilitate an activity that I had prepared for a group of students, and a traditional interview with the principal and someone from their hiring department.

(1) Phone interview with recruiter (1) Phone interview with head of social work for NYC and RI (3) Phone interview with dean (4) In-person interview with principal + "artifacts assignment" on how I organize, how I plan and how I interpreted data. It was a very stressful and in-depth process and I had little knowledge as to what was going on behind the scenes.
