Applied directly from their website for the developer position. Was contacted by email a few days later to arrange a one on one interview. The interviewer didn't ask me a single question, rather just said they are in need of coders and promptly directed me a computer. I was given 1 hour to complete several tasks using PHP and CSS. After finishing the test, nobody was watching over me so I had to walk myself out of the place. Not much of an interview. After sending a thank you email and pressing for a response, I was told that they weren't interested a week later. Would not recommend.
