I had a short call with a recruiter which I thought went well. I was told I would hear about the next steps in a couple of days but they never got back to me even when I followed up. Based on the reviews here I see that it's a standard practice for them. Total waste of time.

I sent my resumé, and HR reached out to schedule an interview. During the whole interview, the recruiter had their camera off. Lack of salary transparency: they didn't want to disclose the pay range for the position and were surprised when I asked them about their budget.
