The process began with an initial phone screening that seemed promising, followed by an invitation for an in person interview at the office. I met with the VP and team and spent a significant amount of time discussing the role and my qualifications. Unfortunately, after the in person stage, the company completely ceased communication. Despite following up, I was "ghosted" and never received a formal update or a rejection. While the initial conversations were professional, the lack of follow through after an on site visit suggests a lack of respect for candidates' time and a breakdown in their internal recruitment process.
