I had applied for a position at Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc. and received an invitation for a phone interview. Unfortunately, they didn’t call me at the scheduled time. When they did call later, I was at work, so I returned the call almost immediately during my lunch break, but only reached a voicemail. I also followed up with an email, but never received a response. It’s disappointing and unprofessional not to receive any acknowledgment after making an effort to follow up. I expected better communication from the company.
