I was called the next day after applying for the job online. I was asked to come in that week to do a face to face interview with a manager. The interview process is long and has a lot of questions. Now they are including several members of management in the interview room. They will all ask questions. The questions are a bunch of scenarios and how would you handle this situation... it is probably about 25 questions or so. Some questions are redundant. The interview lasts about an hour if they are interested in you. They will either offer you a job on the spot or call within the next day or two to offer you the position. If you are offered the position you have to take a drug test before you start.
