WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER- RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY JUST NEED FREE DESIGN WORK FROM YOU I went through 4 rounds of interviews with Acrisure Re, including a very extensive design assignment (brochure + presentation) that took 4–5 days to complete. The assignment was not a typical case study — it was based on real company work. I was provided actual brand guidelines, internal SharePoint files, and real company content, including comments from Vice President of company. It felt like working on genuine internal marketing material rather than an interview exercise. Initially, HR was very responsive and called after every round, staying actively engaged throughout the process. They also pushed for a fast turnaround on the assignment, creating urgency to complete it quickly. However, in the final round, there was no clarity on whether the assignment was properly reviewed. The hiring manager said they had not looked at it, while another team member said they had reviewed it and found it impressive, showing inconsistency in the evaluation process. After the final round, all communication stopped and ghosted me completely. I followed up 5 times over time and only then received a rejection stating they were looking for someone with more experience, without any clear or structured feedback on the work submitted.

They also pushed for a fast turnaround on the assignment, creating urgency to complete it quickly and gave me the timeline as well and she mentioned that the sooner you submit the assignment, the sooner we will proceed. However, in the final round, I thought its related to design assignment but they didn't even talk about it. There was no clarity on whether the assignment was properly reviewed. When I asked for feedback about the assignment, the hiring manager said they had not looked at it, while another team member said they had reviewed it and found it impressive, showing inconsistency in the evaluation process. After the final round, all communication stopped completely AND GHOSTED.
