The first two interviews went smoothly (one with HR and one with VP). Got a verbal offer through the phone. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication between the hiring team and the managing director because my written offer kept getting delayed until I spoke with the managing director in a "Meet and Greet" meeting, NOT knowing that it was another interview because they didn't specify that. That part didn't go smoothly, and the communication wasn't really as transparent as they "advertised". My verbal offer got revoked, and honestly, that made me feel like I just wasted my time. It seems like they didn't even know what the position I applied for entails!!!! It was very unorganized in the last bit, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for a position that has no clear responsibilities figured out yet.
