The interview process is incredibly thorough. It could feel onerous, however, I had no doubt about what role I was stepping into by the end of the process, and felt confident I had an authentic read on the colleagues I would be joining. I know they felt the same. No surprises, no anxiety. Just an eagerness to dive in.
