3 rounds of interview, each with increasingly senior people and 2 rounds with HR (5 rounds)
Only 1 technical round and 1 for expectation setting. Rest all rounds were for analysing company fit.
On my last day I was made to stay for 4.5 hours of which barely 1.5 hours were for the interview. Waited 1.5 hours just for the first round! Unacceptable.
In the last round I was asked if I'll join on the same salary (same as another offer I was already holding). I refused, and then I hear they won't go ahead with my candidature for an apparent lack of interest (neither them nor me are here for charity, so why should I accept the same offer?)
