They were personable and transparent! That is very important in any field but definitely this one. They sent over information to preview before the interview & during the on-site interview the employees were genuinely happy with the company. It all felt very natural & you can tell they truly care about what they do & who they bring on their team!

There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.

Phone interview was very brief. They asked about my experience working with children. Next interview is in person at the location I applied to in Lakeway Texas to shadow a RBT.
