Standard interview process. Applied through indeed invited for an interview via text with the regional manager and Business Development Manager Sofia. Overall, the process was not professional. Interview went really well and lasted an hour. I was even told during the interview that I was a top candidate and there was no doubt the founders would be happy for me to join the team. Received a follow up text saying the team was impressed and they were finalising candidates the next day. I replied and said although I had another offer I was keen to join. Did not receive ANY communication after that and was even ignored when I followed up expressing my disappointment at the recruitment process and absolute waste of my time/energy. I hope they have been more professional with candidates since then.
