Was initially contacted by a recruiter, who invited me to complete an online assessment. The test was part personality quiz, part cognitive skills. After completing the test, I was contacted by the recruiter within 30 minutes after submitting my results to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was short and to the point ... recruiter was very personable. After phone interview, recruiter said my information would be passed along to the hiring manager. Still waiting on contact from hiring manager.
used to make people take a 3 hour test meant for engineers so I decided not to take it because why waste my time for no reason. Later got a call asking why I bailed on the test.

Was recruited from LinkedIN and did a phone interview. They sent me an aptitude test which I passed and came in for an interview with my now director. Had a job offer the following day which I immediately accepted.

Standard recruiter screening that led to a behavioral/aptitude test. Came into the office to interview with a Sales Manager, nothing very challenging. Received an offer about 3 weeks later but it was for the Market Development Representative position, not the Account Executive position that I applied for. Accepted because I didn't have much of a choice at the time.
