Thorough interview process including tests. One phone interview, one in person interview. First with recruiter, second with hiring manager. Test taken online and at facility. Follow up with recruiter was thorough and informative. Though interview process did differ from candidates depending on their location.
used to make people take a 3 hour test meant for engineers so I decided not to take it because why waste my time for no reason. Later got a call asking why I bailed on the test.

Was recruited from LinkedIN and did a phone interview. They sent me an aptitude test which I passed and came in for an interview with my now director. Had a job offer the following day which I immediately accepted.

Entrevista
Standard recruiter screening that led to a behavioral/aptitude test. Came into the office to interview with a Sales Manager, nothing very challenging. Received an offer about 3 weeks later but it was for the Market Development Representative position, not the Account Executive position that I applied for. Accepted because I didn't have much of a choice at the time.
