The recruitment process at Acturis was highly irregular and lacked basic professionalism. To begin with, there was a glaring lack of attention to detail: I applied for Position A, but the recruiter's reply email mistakenly referred to an entirely different Position B. Furthermore, the company requires even highly experienced candidates to undergo a generic online test.
The logistics of scheduling were an absolute nightmare. After I passed the test, a screening call was scheduled. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, the recruiter canceled via email, claiming their softphone was malfunctioning. I immediately suggested alternative platforms to keep the appointment, but my email was ignored for an entire week.
It ultimately took three full weeks just to complete a single preliminary screening call. This level of internal inefficiency and poor communication was a massive red flag. Based on this experience, I decided that this environment was not a fit for professionals who value efficiency and structured governance. Proceed with caution if you value your time.

Talk to hr, talk to the hiring manager in the uk, do tests to check your analytical skills. Then do a case study to test your overall thinking and conversation skills
Applied online by submitting my CV and cover letter, then was asked to have a screening call, very informal where they asked general questions about me and my previous experience. Next stage is an online video interview
