Personality test followed by IQ style tests checking verbal reasoning and logic skills. Technical questions and test with feedback, finally generic interview questions about experience. Spoke with technical people and upper management. Overall 3-4 meetings.

I had first a telephone interview and then a face to face interview. The process was quick and the interviewees were friendly. The only issue was, that they do not respond quickly.
