The selection process consisted of three rounds – one aptitude test followed by two technical interviews. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The interviewers were unprofessional and unfriendly. The technical rounds heavily focused on candidates with prior work experience, making it difficult for freshers. The interviewers did not seem supportive or encouraging, leading to a negative overall impression.

First, we had an aptitude test- it was focused mostly on accounting; some questions were from Financial Management, SAPM and Basic Maths. Then, we had a group discussion. At last, we had the technical round. I was selected after the first round itself, but some students had a second round as the interviewers were unsure about them.
