The process consisted of two rounds. The first was an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a detailed discussion with a Delivery Manager and an Assistant Director focused on my resume and areas of interest. The conversation was constructive and left a positive impression. However, despite receiving a verbal confirmation regarding the offer from the recruiter, no formal offer was shared, and further attempts to follow up went unanswered.

Interview process depends on team to team basis and urgency of hiring. I had 4 rounds of Interview - HR, Technical 1, Case study Round, Discussion Round. It took me one month for the entire process and then one month for joining date
