Well meaning but clueless interviewers who couldn't really describe what the company does exactly and why they are special compared to all the other boutique consultancies. You get the feeling that it might be fun to work with these nice people but if you are a high-achiever looking for a serious growth opportunity, this is not really the place for you. The reasons for rejections given were either downright false such as lack of a certain skill that I actually had (also made clear that I have and was also on my CV pretty clearly), or made up issues like "not collaborative" when the interviewer never actually probed this skill in any way throughout the interview, just merely guessed from previous experiences. I'm not sure if there was some other issues that couldn't be said to me as a feedback, or the interviewers were really so clueless as to reject when 3 out of their 4 reasons were either downright false, or never actually tested.
