I waited for the interviewer to call me for 10 minutes. When we finally talked, it was obvious questions about my research and resume. Next, I was asked in for an in person interview within a week. They comp'ed me for my travel (from one part of CA to Burlingame). The interview consisted of a logic test (easy) and 3 staff interviews in an interview room. All questions revolved around the same stuff: my research experience and resume experiences.
