Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

The process overall was quick. Updates within days on the next steps. Focus heavily on individuals who have an interest in public health and policy. First would be phone screening and the next round is with a panel of data analysts. Phone screening is with an HR person, pretty basic screening questions. Be prepared to talk about your skills and conclusions on the test/case given before the phone screening round.
