HR is nice and friendly; felt like a conversation; tell me about yourself question; she asked about how i approached the writing test and talked about my experience especially related to data analysis.
The first step is getting a mini project where you answer the 3 questions. Pretty simple data analysis but be sure to write out the reasoning for your actions. The next step is a 2-hour interview broken up into 30-minute interviews with members on the team

Ridiculous. Two interviews, one part technical assessment one part logic / stats assessment + interview with three different people. Took them over six months to give me an answer and they kept resending the same text over and over whenever I followed up
