Application Online (Careers page), 30 minute Microsoft Teams meeting (video on) to screen personality - fit questions and behavioral focus, 1 hour in person with 2 employees. The environment was generally relaxed and they were quick to schedule interviews. From application to second round interview was less than 7 days.
