I submitted an application to AdMedia through a popular job-seeking website and received what looked like a form-letter response from them asking me to take an assessment. It appeared to be some kind of IQ test in the form of a game, which is fine by me, but it was listed as taking 1 hour which is a bit much to put effort into when you don't even know the general expected salary range. I politely asked the AdMedia contact to let me know the expected pay-range for this position if they're able to and was ignored twice. I then wrote their recruiting email address giving some feedback on the experience and was again ignored. If I could give 2 bits of feedback to AdMedia it would be this: 1) IQ tests are great, but asking people to invest an hour into your company is disrespectful before any basic human contact. 2) Please don't ignore polite and well-intentioned questions.

First I was asked to pass the hackerrank test. I cleared the test , then they called me for 2nd round which was also technical round and they asked mostly from my project (cache, storage, array, etc), then another technical round on system which was done by US team by sharing my machine on hangout.

My Interview was awesome. they asked me about myself and about my background and all activities and about my education so i am full freely giving my answer. and i really good intrviews experience with AdMedia compny. and they said me i am good for this job an software developer they also asked me about my skills software develpment to realated.
