Got a called from the HR and done a telephonic round.
Then they called me for a Face To Face Round.
Then they called me for a VNA Round.
And finally was a HR Round too..

I had a phone call from their HR and then had a telephonic interview. Post that they called me for face to face interview and checked my previous project works. They also gave me some live projects to work on as a sample and wanted to check my understanding on my skills.

Got through a reference by one of my colleague. Had to go through a short face to face interview. They asked a lot on sales strategies and marketing skills. Previous sales experience was must. Knowledge on Digital marketing and online promotions was added advantage.
