three sessions including one Human resource and, one technical C/C++ writing questions and one technical talks with team mates and managers. each took 1 hour or 1:30. you need to have passion about flight control system applications at least, to enjoy what you are doing

It went smooth and interviewers were friendly. The interview time was about an hour and it was not technical questions. It was more of getting to know me as a person and my characters.
