The interview lasted around an hour and covered a wide range of topics — from customer service scenarios to handling complaints, multitasking, and even questions about working under pressure.
It felt more like a conversation than a traditional Q&A, but they definitely wanted to understand both my skills and personality. The interviewer was professional yet friendly, which made me feel more comfortable despite the complexity of the questions.
If you're preparing for an Adagio interview, I’d recommend really thinking about examples of past experiences where you demonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork. They seem to value initiative and a guest-first mindset.
