2 stages process, first interview at the agency and the second at the office in Chiswick. I had an excel test, very simple but only 15 minutes to solve. The manager was very polite and the finance team seems very friendly, so the interview was very nice. Be prepare to answer the traditional questions, as what are your weakeness.

First interview by phone. The interview went well with the normal first phone interview questions around current stack, day to day work, scrum, technologies used and so on. At the end I was told that they would come to me with some feedback the day after... never heard from them again. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Avoid!
