Once an application is submitted, I received a phone call within a few weeks showing interest in setting up an interview. The interview was about a week away from the phone call. A panel of 5 people, including the Warden and Deputy Warden took turns asking me questions about hypothetical situations and how I would handle them. Most were common sense answers. A day after the interview I got a call telling me I had 48 hours to show up for a drug test. Once I passed that, I was given a date to start training.
