Responded to classified ad in Toledo City Paper. Sales manager contacted me immediately to set up interview. Interview was somewhat informal, but in line with the casual company atmosphere. I was a little surprised that it seemed like he'd already made the decision to hire me right after I got there. Not sure whether to be flattered or concerned.

Meet with manager from out of town after a five minute phone call... Get offered job. There was really no effort involved, which should have been a red flag to me, but sadly, it wasn't.
