Show them clips of your work (And if you DON'T have clips or a portfolio to show them PLEASE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME OR YOURS). They'll ask what kind of books you read, magazines you subscribe to, etc. Helps them gauge if you'd be a good fit for their culture.
