As a part of meeting our target, we would be looking forward to recruiting engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech.) from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications and Chemical engineering. The recruitment will include a three step process which includes. 1. Online assessment to evaluate candidates on their cognitive and domain ability 2. One way AI based video interview to ensure Adani Behavioral Competency fitment 3. Online interview with 2-Technical and 1-HR panelist

It was good experience.A lot of basic electronics questions were asked.Need to know the basics very well before going for the interview.The level of difficulty was high.Overall good Experience.A really good Organisation to get in as a fresher and start your career .

Entrevista
I attended for this company at pool campus drive. First round was a MCQ CBT of 75 mins 105 ques ( 75 Domain +30 apti). Qualified students from this round move to second round i. e. GD. In our particular case GD wasn't elimination round because out of 250+ students that attended 1st round only 16 were selected for second round and all 16 were interviewed . final and 3rd round was PI ( Technical + HR combined)
