The interview process consisted of a written assignment, a interview, and reference checks. However their HR department is super inefficient and slow. They took forever to get back to me. I did not feel respected as a job applicant at all. No feedback either. Never applying here again.

Simple zoom interview with behavioural questions. Asked about company core values. They were looking for adaptability and critical thinking in their questions. Most questions were along the lines of “what would you do if this happened to you” or “in the past how did you deal with this”
